Mark Conway


Mark has real estate in his blood having been introduced to the profession by his late father at a very early age. In fact it has become a life long passion and Mark cannot imagine another career or even contemplate retirement.

Having completed a Bachelor of Business in Property (Valuation) from the University of South Australia in 1990, Mark has 31 years (and counting!) post-graduate experience in valuation, property development, project management & project marketing.

With this experience Mark is particularly adept at “Highest & Best Use” analysis to identify the right development outcome given specific site, zoning and market (demand) constraints.

It is one thing to estimate development costs, the real skill is in sub-market analysis and the accurate determination of appropriate price points and product mix.

Mark employs a Hypothetical Development Approach utilising industry leading feasibility software to help ensure the financial viability of each and every project.
