Repairs and maintenance

All maintenance requests must be made in writing to your property manager.

When reporting an issue, please include as much detail regarding the issue including location, brand of appliance and if possible, provide photographic evidence. Upon receipt of your email, your property manager will make contact with the landlord and seek approval to arrange the relevant contractor. You can also log a maintenance request through our online portal here – https://my.propertyme.com/sign-in

Should the issue require immediate attention, for example a hot water unit issue, please contact the office on 8267 4995.

If an emergency situation such as a gas leak, hot water issue, electrical fault or break-in occurs out of business hours please contact the applicable tradesperson listed below for assistance.

If you arrange after-hours maintenance, please notify your Property Manager on the next business day. Please note, the tenant will be liable for any call outs deemed not to be an emergency.
